For current employees, as well as recent employees whose job status at USC has been impacted by the pandemic, who experience severe financial impacts due to COVID-19
Many of our more than 28,000 employees are being financially impacted by COVID-19 in ways we never imagined. As the lifeblood of our great university, the USC Employee Support Fund was setup to provide support for these employees and was expanded to support recent employees whose job status at USC has been impacted by the pandemic.
Current employees, as well as recent employees whose job status at USC has been impacted by the pandemic, with an immediate need for financial assistance may request emergency funds made available by the USC Employee Support Fund. Emergency funds should be considered only after other avenues have been exhausted.
This Office of Human Resources, in partnership with Campus Support and Intervention (CSI), is administering the program.
